Creating Human Connection: Bespoke by Bo-Vine

Over the past few decades, so much of the world around us has become faster, more automated, more convenient. And while in many ways that’s a good thing, it’s also become easier than ever to lose connection.


We spend more time on our phones, more time distracted, and less time really being present with the people in front of us.


That’s always been the part we love most about hospitality: creating a space where people can slow down a little. Where they can sit across from someone, share a meal, and just be.



And it’s exactly why we introduced Bespoke by Bo-Vine. At its core, it’s about taking the experience we already create and making it more personal. It’s understanding what someone is celebrating, or who they’re sharing the moment with, and then finding a way to make that experience feel special.


And so far, the response has been incredible. We’ve had guests share things like:

“Britt and I were so impressed by the Bespoke by Bo-Vine experience. The flowers were the best part. I was also happy with the printed card with my message, and the cute little notebook is awesome, we are going to write some reflections in there every year for our anniversary.”

But what’s been even more interesting is what’s been happening behind the scenes. Angie Witten, who leads our events and guest experiences, mentioned that Bespoke by Bo-Vine has brought a completely new energy into the team:

“When you learn more about a guest before they arrive, you start to feel more connected to their experience. And that naturally makes you want to make it even more special. It’s encouraged the team to be more creative, to think differently, and to connect more deeply with the people walking through our doors. That’s been really special to see - not just for the guests, but for the team as well.”
